First Steps Before Your Visit
Once your referral has been accepted and triaged we will provide your referring practitioner with an estimated wait time. We will call you to book an appointment as you come up on our wait list. All referrals are triaged based on urgency. If your clinical history has changed since being referred and you believe you should be seen earlier, please contact your referring practitioner to have them send an updated referral.
Before your first visit, please ensure your BC Medical Services Plan is active and any relevant records have been forwarded to us. Our team is here to ensure your intake is seamless.

Timing & Arrival
Arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment allows you to settle in and complete any remaining forms without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Before you first consult we collect a basic set of vitals (height, weight and blood pressure). Please ensure your clothing allows for this.
